Reporting a problem with a file

Please do not send us your document. Because the tools run on your device, we cannot reproduce a problem from a file we do not have — and we would rather you kept it private. Instead, tell us:

• Which tool you were using and what you clicked.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone).
• The approximate size and page count of the file.

Requesting a tool

Tell us what you are trying to do rather than just naming a feature — it helps us decide whether a browser-only version can genuinely solve the problem.
