Tips for better results

  • Reordering is easiest when you first note the order you want on paper — page moves are hard to track mentally past about ten pages.
  • For big reorganisations, extracting sections and merging them back in the new order is often quicker than moving pages one by one.
  • Page numbers printed on the pages do not move with them; add fresh numbers afterwards if the sequence must read correctly.
